The Art of Navigating Uncertainty
WITH CALM, CLARITY AND FOCUS
Why Paint a Mandala?

In times of uncertainty, we often look for better answers.
But what we really need is a better way of navigating.
The inner compass is not a fixed method or rigid framework.
It is a balance between:
The Inner Compass

-
structure and intuition
-
thinking and sensing
-
doing and being
The mandala painting becomes a way to experience this balance, not just understand it.
Leading in Uncertainty
Uncertainty is nothing new, but the pace of change today is. What we rely on shifts quickly, and it is harder than ever to know what to trust or how to act.
When analysis and logic reach their limits, we naturally turn to intuition, our fast, experience-based way of knowing. Lasting clarity happens not when thinking wins over feeling, but when intuition and logic work together.
This is not something you learn as a concept. It is something you begin to experience. A way of orienting yourself when there is no clear answer. What I often describe as developing an inner compass.
To navigate uncertainty, we need cognitive flexibility and the capacity to create new possibilities when old solutions no longer fit.

How Does it Work?

From a Blank Canvas to Deeper Clarity

Rooted in Jungian psychology and Eastern philosophy, this is a new immersive experience for those seeking calm, clarity and focus in uncertain times.
The participants are guided through layers of painting and meditative reflections using free flow and structure. You do not need to know how to paint.
This works because the creative process allows the body and mind to settle, so that insight can emerge without force.
As you paint, you begin to notice something deeper:
-
where you seek control
-
where you hesitate
-
where you follow instinct
The mandala becomes a mirror — a powerful visual reminder of how you navigate life..

Why Work With Me?
I am an experienced mentor and qualified coach with a unique approach that blends business, psychology, philosophy and creativity.
I began my career in finance at PwC and then went on to found a creative business with successful exit. Since then I have spent over 15 years coaching and guiding individuals and organisations navigating change.
My strength lies in bringing together what others often keep apart: business, creativity, nature and philosophy.
This reflects how humans actually think and decide, not purely rationally, but through an interplay between experience and reflection.
That integration has become the thread running through everything I do, whether it is coaching leaders, mentoring artists, facilitating creative workshops for teams, or writing about the ideas that matter most in times of change.
